Cindy was having trouble paying off her credit cards, and the debt she accumulated was soon sold to Cabot. When it came to her first encounter with Cabot, Cindy was “scared at first”, but soon saw the company as “very friendly”.
To pay off her debt, we worked out a payment plan with Cindy, which she is currently working through. Although Cindy’s life has not changed significantly since joining Cabot, she is on an assuring path to paying off her debt. She sees debt as something that is “daft to get into”.
However, when it comes to new clients starting their journey with Cabot, Cindy reassures them that Cabot “will look after you”.
