Cabot receives investors in people gold award again!
Investors in People support us in benchmarking both our people and our engagement activity within the industry. With only 7% of all IIP accredited organisations achieving the gold standard, we're extremely proud to have received the award for another year.
As an organisation, we've achieved a huge amount this year and our success truly reflects the motivations, efforts and commitments demonstrated by the Cabot Financial team.
We would also like to thank you, our customers, for the positive comments and constructive feedback we received throughout the process and we will continue to stay committed to working hard to provide the best service possible to all Cabot customers.

What is Investors in People?
Investors in People is an independent, non-profit company that helps thousands of organisation to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results. It is considered as a standard for people management offering accreditation to organisations that follow the Investors in People Standard. There are over 11,000 accredited organisations in the UK, only 7% of which have been awarded Gold accreditation.
