I have struggled with mental health and answering the phone to anyone however I knew I had to respond to the calls from your company. I spoke to a few advisors but disconnected call quickly after engagement asking to call back. As soon as Michelle the lovely friendliest customer service agent I have ever spoke to my anxiety was at ease and I felt comfortable talking to her to get my debt discussed and setting up a payment plan that was affordable. I cannot thank "my American friend" enough. Not only did she make it effortless due to having empathy to my mental health needs, but she also lifted a big weight off my shoulders by getting it sorted. I was called today by a lovely lady from Cabot to setup a payment plan. After this business was completed, I happened to mention I wasn't working at the moment due to my mental health situation.
